Return/Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at admin@feelcrystals.com.au. If your return is accepted, you will need to cover shipping costs and we will notify you once it has been received. If the item is seen to be in its original, unused condition, the refund will be issued.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Feel Crystals and Jewellery takes great pride in providing quality and long-lasting craftsmanship. We carefully hand select each and every piece for our clients.

If you encounter a manufacturing fault at any stage after purchasing the item, please contact us to arrange a repair, replacement or refund.

We will cover any manufacturing faults within a 6 month period from purchase. If you experience breakages or faults after this period of time, you will be required to cover any costs associated with repair.

Should you receive an item that you feel does not accurately match the photograph on our website or is the wrong item, please contact us immediately for us to rectify it. If we do not hear from you about such issues with the 14 day return period, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Please note that Feel Crystals and Jewellery accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to goods occurred during shipping. All returns or exchanges are shipped at your cost.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
